Farnham Mill Nursing & Dementia Home is our new friendly family run care home which opened in July 2018, specialising in elderly care, nursing care, dementia and end of life care.

The home in Farnham, Surrey is built on the strong foundations and principles of the Lee Family, who have specialised in elderly care for over 40 years at our existing care homes Hill House, Hill Brow and Woodlands in Farnham and Fleet.

Our aim is to provide the highest quality of care and comfort in a dignified and compassionate way. This is achieved by combining the best facilities with highly skilled and experienced caring staff in a unique and luxurious nursing home.

Each one of our care home staff are permanently employed. In 50 years, one of our strengths is that we have never used agency or bank staff ensuring that our staff are known by all of our residents here at Farnham Mill.

We strive to improve the quality of life of our residents, who have chosen to live with us. Our residents have individualised plans of care, carried out by highly skilled and trained staff. The staff are the strong foundation of our nursing home and are able to make allowances for individual resident’s needs, desires and wellbeing.

The sunflower approach to care is based on adoration, loyalty and longevity. The staff work tirelessly to ensure the residents happiness is always maximized. Good staff are expensive but excellent staff are priceless: this is one of our beliefs.

We have won and been nominated for awards over the years a number of times, such as Aspire, The Great British Care Awards Southeast and the National Care Awards.
